My husband and I were having a casual conversation about retirement planning. It wasn't a big deal just a casual note to sit down and review our goals, age of retirement, investments, cost of health care, a home in Brazil, you know - basic stuff.

While discussing the pros and cons of lump sum payouts he said, "I know you will die before me..." eeeerrrr stop!!! What?? Do you know something I don't know?

Moral of the story: Sleeping with both my eyes open and not signing anything. :-)

Note: This is for my amusement only; my partner worries about my poor eating and workout habits. Despite his love of Brazil and the strong attraction of Brazilian women to his smile, I'm surely safe, right?
